What is Kind Mind?

The first time I ever said the anxious things that were happening in my head out loud, I was shocked to hear them. They were so mean! How could I be so mean to anyone- let alone to myself! To me, the opposite of an anxious mind is a Kind Mind.

Kind Mind is the culmination of my learning and experience about how to change  what is happening in the  mind and body from mean to kind, and moving through anxiety to find your self. I am always learning and adding new knowledge and experiences to my toolbox, so Kind Mind will always be learning and growing too!

On the blog you will find information about anxiety and the stress response, tips for mindfulness and relaxation, helpful yoga moves you can do in a quiet corner (or a bathroom stall if needed!) when you are feeling a bit anxious, healthy recipes, and inspirations for being your best and happiest you!
